Return Policy: All returned items must be in new and re-sellable condition and be returned within 15 days from their delivery date. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise. Due to the nature of the following items we do not accept returns or exchanges on: speed controllers, chain sold by the link, and special order items.

To return an item follow the simple directions below and we’ll take care of the rest.

  1. Package items carefully. Heavy items such as batteries must be shipped back in a brand new cardboard box with adequate padding and void filler.
  2. Fill out and include this form with the returning item.
  3. Send your package via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
