Speed Controller SPD-12250HD Installation and Wiring

Rated Voltage   12 Volts
Rated for Motors   Up To 250 Watts
Maximum Current   21 Amps
Rated for Chargers   Up To 3 Amps
Conversion Efficiency   95%
Under Voltage Protection   10.5 Volts ± 0.5 Volt
Recommended Fuse or Breaker Size   30 Amps
Dimensions   3-1/4" Long x 3" Wide x 1-1/2" High
Versatile Motor Power Range: Works with 12 Volt motors up to 250 Watts. Will run motors larger than 250 Watts however will limit their peak power to 250 Watts.

Under Voltage Battery Protection: When the battery pack falls below a specific Voltage the controller turns the motor off preventing over discharging of the battery pack which extends the battery packs lifespan. (The cutoff value is approximately 10.5 Volts ± 0.5 Volts)
Motor Cut-Off During Braking: When the brakes are engaged the brake switch signals the controller to turn off the motor. The motor resumes running when the brake is released.
