Blue and black fabric under seat carrying case with white reflective stripes sewn on front and sides of bag. Perfect size for carrying tools, tubes, and patch kits. Fits most electric scooters and bikes. Back of bag attaches to the seat post and top of bag attaches to the under seat rails. Large wrap-around zipper with dual sliders for easy opening and closing from either side. Two quick-release buckles on sides of bag to easily remove the bag and take it with you when necessary.
