We will contact you within 1-2 business days with further information and instructions regarding your return.

Do not send back your return until you receive the RMA number from us to write on the side of the package that the item is being returned in. Packages without RMA numbers written on them may be refused.

Battery Return Warning: Batteries that are returned back to us are frequently damaged in return shipping.

Make sure to package batteries very well with thick foam boards or equivalent heavy duty void filler between all sides of the batteries and the sides of the box. Package batteries as if the box will be dropped several times before it reaches us, because chances are that it will.

We can not issue refunds for batteries that are damaged in return shipping and chances are that the shipping company will not honor an insurance claim if the batteries were not properly packaged.

If batteries that are returned to us are damaged in shipping we will send you photographs of the damaged batteries and offer the following options:

Option 1: We will fully cooperate with the shipping company to help them process an insurance claim that you filed.

Option 2: We will return the damaged batteries back to you at your expense if they are not leaking and safe to ship.

Option 3: We will properly dispose of the damaged batteries at a local battery recycling center.
