Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By accessing or using this website you agree that you understand, accept, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
USPS, UPS, and FedEx Shipments: For USPS First-Class and Priority Mail shipments the delivery time after an order is placed is usually between 3-5 business days. For FedEx and UPS Ground shipments the delivery time is usually between 4-7 business days. These shipping times are an estimate only and not a guaranty. Factors such as orders placed on holidays, delays made by the delivery company, bad weather, or unusually high order volumes may delay the estimated delivery time of your shipment.
UPS and FedEx Express Shipments: Orders placed on weekdays before 12pm noon Pacific Time with UPS and FedEx 3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight shipping options will ship out on the same business day if possible. If same day express order shipping is not possible due to circumstances out of our control then we will contact you before 5pm Pacific Time to let you know. Express shipment orders placed on weekends and holidays are treated as orders placed before 12pm noon Pacific Time on the following business day.
Unclaimed, Refused, and Incorrectly Addressed Orders: Orders placed with UPS and FedEx shipping options which are unclaimed or refused are subject to return shipping fees. Orders placed with UPS and FedEx shipping options which are incorrectly addressed are subject to return shipping fees if returned or address correction fees if delivered. Reshipping fees or restocking fees will apply to unclaimed, refused, or incorrectly addressed orders which are returned back to us by the carrier.
Additional Shipping Fees: Orders placed with UPS and FedEx 3-day, 2-Day, Overnight, and International shipping options may be subject to additional shipping fees for large items due to extra dimensional weight fees charged by the carrier. We will notify you in this case and give you the option to pay for the additional dimensional weight shipping fees or cancel the order.
International Orders, Customs and Duty Fees: International orders may be subject to customs, duty, and handling fees. Payment of customs, duty, and handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Unpaid customs, duty and handling fees will result in the package being refused and returned back to us with additional return shipping fees charged by the carrier which will be deducted from the refund issued to the buyer for the returned order. Buyer is responsible for knowing the import regulations of their country and for not importing prohibited or restricted products. Orders seized by custom departments due to containing prohibited or restricted products are not eligible for refunds.
Battery Shipping: Battery orders placed with FedEx shipping options may sometimes be shipped with equivalent UPS shipping options for logistical reasons.
ElectricScooterParts.com will process returns and issue refunds for items that
were purchased in the last 30 calendar days. Buyer must fill out and submit our
online RMA Form and wait to receive an RMA number from us before returning an
item. The RMA number must be clearly and legibly written on the side of the
package that the item is being returned in or else the package may be refused.

How do I exchange an item? To exchange an item simply place a new order for the items that you really need and then send the original items back as a return (see instructions for returns above). Once we receive your return we will issue a refund to your credit card or PayPal account. Exchanges of equal or greater value are eligible for a restocking fee waiver. Please create a Support Ticket to request a restocking fee waiver on your return after you have purchased another item to replace it.
What if I receive a mis-shipment? At ElectricScooterParts.com we are committed to delivering the right products and quantities to our customers. We employ several quality and quantity checks before an order leaves our warehouse. If you have received an incorrect item or an incorrect number of items please submit a Support Ticket to let us know. We will be more than happy to assist you with correcting the mis-shipment.
Who pays for return shipping? Since we offer so many low priced parts for sale we simply can not afford to pay for return shipping like other websites do that only sell higher priced items like shoes. For a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. However, if we’ve made a mistake and sent you incorrect merchandise, or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package back to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of the replacement merchandise.
Policy: Batteries and battery packs have a 12 month limited warranty.
All other parts and accessories with exception of the excluded products listed
below have a 30 day limited warranty unless a warranty with a longer timeframe
is stated in the product's description. Warranties do not extend to incorrect
installation or to consumer misuse or neglect of products.

Shipping Damage: Shipping damage claims must be filed within 7 days after the package was delivered by the carrier. All packaging materials including boxes, foam boards and pellets, and paper that were used to ship the product must be kept in an undisturbed condition for inspection by the carrier. Upon request of the carrier the product and packaging material must be made available for inspection by the carrier during regular business hours. Detailed photographs or video showing the damaged product and packaging material will facilitate a higher chance of the carrier accepting the damage claim without inspecting the product and packaging in person.

Prices: All product and shipping prices are in US dollars. Bank card charges for order placed outside of the US will be converted to the currency that the bank card is issued for. For example a $10.00 US dollar order may be charged as $12.32 in Canadian dollars. To calculate the exchange rate between the US dollar and the currency of another country we recommend using an online Currency Converter.
Sales Tax: Orders shipped to California are subject to 7.50% state sales tax. Orders shipped to or picked up in Scotts Valley, California are subject to 8.75% state and local sales tax.

Site, we ask you to provide information that will enable us to process an order,
