Xcaliber 600 Electric Scooter

The Xcaliber 600 electric scooter was made in Taiwan by HYC. With exception to it's band braking system the Xcaliber 600 was a very well made electric scooter with a high quality fit and finish. If only they had given it disc brakes! Oh well. The Xcaliber 600 scooter has 13" x 3.5" tires and tubes, a 24 Volt 18 Amp hour battery pack and a variable speed twist throttle. A seat and seat post kit along with a nylon fabric battery case and wiring harness were included with the Xcaliber 600. With the addition of two new batteries the second battery pack could be installed over the rear wheel to extend the mileage range of the scooter.

Conversion Speed Controller for Xcaliber® 600 Electric Scooter
Conversion speed controller for the Xcaliber® 600 electric scooter. The original Xcaliber® 600 speed controller is no longer available. This is a conversion speed controller so wire splicing is necessary for installation. The original throttle has a switch built into it that will need to be rewired to a new switch. The Xcaliber 600 has a 600 Watt motor and this is a 500 Watt speed controller so it may not provide as much power to the motor as the original controller did. Please view or print the wiring directions below before purchasing and installing this controller.
