The Cap'n Billy's WizBang electric scooter does not have an on/off power switch or a key switch. To start the Cap'n Billy's WizBang you have to push it to a speed of 3 miles per hour or more and then engage the throttle. After the throttle has been engaged the power will then be on until the scooter is brought to a stop and then it will automatically turn off until the push-to-start starting process is repeated.
